Inspired by the Rocky Mountains, Kerry Langlois creates minimalist landscapes and monochromatic paintings of things she finds in the woods. She is interested in the ways the mountains are constantly concealing and revealing themselves through mist, cloud and storm and her paintings often evoke a sense of mystery and intrigue. Her work is painted on deep stretcher bars with painted edges and do not require framing.
