Mt. Robson is rarely seen unobscured by clouds which is a disappointment to many viewers, but clouds offer interest, dimension and sense of movement. Clouds sweep over and cling to the highest reaches, catching light and softening edges. Robson Glacier is depicted with Pthalo green, a very close match to the surreal colour of glaciers.
